We build layouts with the client’s running requirements in mind and the level of electrics you’ll want to build into your layout will depend on two running options; DC – Direct Current also called Analogue, or DCC – Digital Command Control.
James can design, build, and wire a traditional analogue DC layout that’s the ideal build for you, with either traditional point control, or digital point control.
Equally he can design, build, and wire a DCC layout. This will give you a layout with full digital capabilities and the option to make it fully computer-controlled using software such Train Controller by Railroad & Co., systems such as block detection and infrared detection to locate your trains, and automated signaling, incorporating color light and semaphore to suit your wants.
We also specialize in control panels with point position illumination and features such as point routing.
All track work, whether DC or DCC will be fully wired to maximize power distribution and maximize your enjoyment of running your trains trouble-free.
