There are two ways to order my 3D printed parts: 

The first is direct from my Shapeways shop.  Links can be found on this site in specific item pages that will take you to the correct section.  Shapeways will print your items in either New York, USA, or Eindhoven, Netherlands, depending on your location.  They will also charge tax and shipping costs relative to your location.  They send all items with UPS at a flat rate irrelevant to the amount you order.  The shipping price again depends on your location.

The second is through my Group Order Service. (You can read about this service here.)

This service is designed to reduce shipping costs for small orders.  I place an order with Shapeways at least once every 5 weeks, and I can add your items to my order and post them on to you from my location in the UK.  This means you will not pay any import duty* or fees*. The shipping cost you’ll pay will only be from me to you, and as I send packets and parcels with Royal Mail this will be a lot cheaper within the UK.  This may also be cheaper for some international countries depending on location.  Although this may take longer, it works out a lot cheaper, particularly for smaller parts.  Please note orders for countries with a lower purchase tax will still be subject to the UK 20% VAT charge, in that situation it may not be cheaper.  If you are unsure please get in touch.

To use the Group Order Service simply get in touch via the contacts page letting me know what you would like to order and I can quote a price including the postage.  If you’re happy with the price I can send an invoice which can be paid by Card, PayPal or Bacs, and your items will be added to the next group order.  In addition, with this service I can check the items are correct before sending them on, and if you’re ordering several items I may be able to add a discount.

*If I’m sending an item out of the UK import duty & fees may be charged depending on your location.
